Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Production

All Phat Phella products are made to order. Orders are generally submitted for production within 24 hours of being placed.

Production typically takes approximately 2–7 business days. Production times may occasionally be longer due to product availability, quality checks, high order volume, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping & Delivery

After production is complete, Standard Delivery within the United States typically takes approximately 2–5 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment after a tracking number has been created.

Address Changes

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at phatphella.bets@gmail.com.

We may be able to update an address before production or shipment begins, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping or replacement costs may apply.

Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order appears significantly delayed or lost, contact us at phatphella.bets@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the shipment and work with our production and shipping partners to determine the appropriate next step.

Please report shipping problems within 30 days of the estimated delivery date so that we have time to investigate the issue. Printify currently requires shipment-related issues to be reported within that window.
